Digital World provides nationwide shipping and delivery support across New Zealand. Orders are dispatched through trusted freight partners for residential, commercial, and project-based requirements.

Shipping and dispatch

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, then collected by one of our freight partners for delivery. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on product availability, destination, freight schedules, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Auckland: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Christchurch & Wellington: typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Regional Areas: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally vary during peak periods or due to freight and supply chain delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, parcel dimensions, and freight requirements. The most suitable and cost-effective freight option will be used unless otherwise requested.

Warehouse collections are available during warehouse operating hours:

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on request for selected products and project orders. Please contact our team to discuss availability, freight options, and delivery requirements.

Commercial and Project Orders

Digital World supports commercial installations, integrators, resellers, and project-based supply across New Zealand. For larger or time-sensitive orders, our team can assist with product availability, freight coordination, and delivery planning.

Backorders and Product Availability

If a product is temporarily unavailable or on backorder, our team will advise an estimated availability or dispatch timeframe where possible. Customers may choose to substitute the product, keep the order on backorder, or cancel the order prior to dispatch. Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed using the original payment method.

Returns and Claims

If there is an issue with an item you have purchased, please contact our team directly so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Returns for change-of-mind purchases are generally requested within 7 days of delivery and may be accepted subject to product condition, packaging, and supplier approval where applicable. Items should be returned in original condition and packaging wherever possible.

Please note that some special-order, non-stock, software, commercial, or opened items may not be eligible for return unless faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Commercial and project-based orders may be subject to different return conditions depending on supplier terms and product type.
