Description
The Global Caché iTach IP2IR-P is a wired TCP/IP to IR interface designed to connect IR-controlled equipment to a networked control system. It provides three independently selectable 3.5 mm ports that can be used as IR outputs or sensor inputs, giving flexibility when integrating compatible equipment.
The third port also supports an IR blaster, while the built-in full-spectrum IR learner allows IR commands to be captured for use within a control system. Three IR emitters and one IR blaster are included.
The IP2IR-P connects to a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet network and is powered by IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet, allowing network connectivity and power to be supplied through a single Ethernet cable. An integrated web server supports straightforward configuration and setup.
