Description
The Global Caché iTach IP2IR-P is a TCP/IP to IR controller designed to connect, monitor, and control infrared devices over a standard Ethernet network. Ideal for AV control, automation, and smart technology projects, the IP2IR-P enables IR-controlled equipment to be integrated into IP-based control systems, allowing devices to be managed locally or remotely.
Supporting three independent IR ports, the IP2IR-P can be configured for IR emitters or sensor inputs, making it suitable for controlling TVs, displays, projectors, amplifiers, media players, set-top boxes, and other infrared-controlled devices. The unit includes three IR emitters and one IR blaster for flexible installation options.
Built on open standards and protocols, the iTach IP2IR-P integrates easily with automation platforms, AV control systems, mobile control applications, and custom software solutions. Power over Ethernet (PoE) support simplifies installation by allowing both power and network connectivity through a single Ethernet cable.
