Shipping Policy
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Once your order is placed it will be processed within 24hrs, then collected by one of our freight partners to deliver to your door.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES:

- Auckland 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Christchurch & Wellington 4-10 business days after dispatch
- Regional Areas 7-14 business days after dispatch
*Note: Delivery times are as provided by our carriers and are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods, and due to factors outside the carrier’s control.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Charges are provided by our carriers based on destination and parcel weights and dimensions. DWL will recover these charges by including them on the freight line on our invoice. DWL will always select the most cost effective shipping charge unless otherwise advised by our customers.
PRODUCT NOT IN STOCK (BACKORDERS)
- If we are unable to ship a product within two working days of receiving your order, an expected ship date will be emailed to you. You then have the choice of substituting the product for something else (with a refund/payment in the price difference), leaving the product on back order, or canceling the order.
- Should you decide to cancel the order a refund will be supplied in the form of the payment we received (i.e. if you paid by credit card, we will refund against your credit card) within one working business day – any merchant fees will be deducted from original payment amount. If product unavailable, or fault of DWL, then we will carry merchant fees.
RETURNS
- If there is a problem with an item you have purchased, please contact us directly – by phone or email
- All returns for credit should be made within 7 days and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Any returns must be in an as-new condition and be able to be sold again as new (i.e.. no courier labels on packaging and seals not broken).
